All items are packaged with care and shipped fully insured with a signature required.

Standard Shipping

Our current standard shipping method is Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

Couriers

We also offer services from FedEx and Purolator.
Both FedEx and Purolator services do not ship to PO boxes or general delivery addresses. If you select one of these methods and your shipping address is a PO Box, we will automatically re-assign the order to be shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

Free Shipping

All free shipping coupons and items marked with "Free Shipping" will be shipped via our Standard Shipping method. Free shipping offers exclude oversized and hazardous items.

Verified Billing Addresses

Radioworld will only ship orders to verified billing addresses. Please ensure your Name, Address, and Telephone Number, completely match your financial institution. Failure to provide a complete match may result in additional processing times or delays in fulfilling your order.

Estimated Delivery times

Deliveries occur Monday through Friday from 9 am until as late as 8 pm. No deliveries are made on statutory holidays, such as Christmas Day or New Year's Day. Returns & Exchanges

We stand by our products and the advice we give. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can bring it back for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the item.

We offer a full credit on account for returned or exchanged products. Refunds may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If an item is found to be defective within the 14 day period, we will send out a replacement at no charge once we receive the original item.

What you require to return/exchange your item:

Original receipt (or invoice)
Original method of payment
All original packaging (this includes all documentation, warranty card, manuals, boxes, and packing material) and must be in “As New” condition. Note: Do not send warranty cards in until after 14 days, until you are certain you will be keeping the product.

Be sure to pack your product properly, ensuring that you have 2-3 inches of firm packing on all sides, top and bottom of the product to prevent it from being damaged. Packing peanuts alone are not sufficient as they can allow heavy products to migrate to the edge of the box. Original packaging is best, but should be housed in another box for shipping documentation to be attached.

| It is your responsibility to cover any costs of shipping your item back to Radioworld. We recommend you insure your product with the freight carrier for replacement cost in case it sustains damage or is lost in transit. Please ship your product to:

Warranty Service

| Before returning a product, please contact us to determine if your issue is warranty related and requires service.

We offer warranty service on products directly purchased from us. We will forward your defective product directly to the manufacturer on your behalf for repair or exchange as needed. Should you prefer to deal directly with the manufacturer, we would be happy to provide you with the required information.

Once your issue has been confirmed to be warranty related and requires service, please include the following with your return:

A detailed description of what is wrong with the product.
All parts and original packaging related to the product.
Proof of purchase of the product from Radioworld (ie. Sales Receipt).
A daytime phone number or e-mail address so that we may contact you.
A return shipping address. Be sure to pack your product properly, ensuring that you have 2-3 inches of firm packing on all sides, top and bottom of the product to prevent it from being damaged. Packing peanuts alone are not sufficient as they can allow heavy products to migrate to the edge of the box.
