Before returning any equipment, please contact us to determine if your issue is warranty related and requires service.

We offer warranty service on products directly purchased from us. We will forward your defective product directly to the manufacturer on your behalf for repair or exchange as needed.
Should you prefer to deal directly with the manufacturer, we would be happy to provide you with the required information.

Once your issue has been confirmed to be warranty related and requires service, please include the following with your return:
A detailed description of what is wrong with the equipment requiring warranty service.
All parts and original packaging related to the warranty product being returned.
Equipment under warranty must include a copy of your bill of sale.
A daytime phone number or e-mail address so we may contact you.
A return shipping address.
Be sure to pack your equipment properly, ensuring that you have 2-3 inches of firm packing on all sides, top and bottom of the equipment to prevent it from being damaged. Packing peanuts alone can allow heavy equipment to migrate to the edge of the box are not sufficient. Original packaging is best, but should be housed in another box for shipping documentation to be attached to. Please insure your equipment with the freight carrier for replacement cost, in case it sustains damage or loss in transit. Radioworld is not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit. Once the warranty service is completed, we will notify you that your item is on it’s way back to you.
