Returns & Exchanges

We stand by our products and the advice we give. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can bring it back for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the item.

We offer a full credit on account for returned or exchanged products. Refunds may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If an item is found to be defective within the 14 day period, we will send out a replacement at no charge once we receive the original item.

What you require to return/exchange your item:

Original receipt (or invoice)
Original method of payment
All original packaging (this includes all documentation, warranty card, manuals, boxes, and packing material) and must be in “As New” condition.
Note: Do not send warranty cards in until after 14 days, until you are certain you will be keeping the product.

Be sure to pack your product properly, ensuring that you have 2-3 inches of firm packing on all sides, top and bottom of the product to prevent it from being damaged. Packing peanuts alone are not sufficient as they can allow heavy products to migrate to the edge of the box. Original packaging is best, but should be housed in another box for shipping documentation to be attached.

It is your responsibility to cover any costs of shipping your item back to Radioworld. We recommend you insure your product with the freight carrier for replacement cost in case it sustains damage or is lost in transit.

Some trolling motors may not be returned to Radioworld. Please see our Trolling Motor Service Policy.

Radioworld has the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product or packaging is in an unacceptable condition.
