Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged shipment, note this with the delivery driver and refuse the shipment. It will be returned to Radioworld, and we will replace it for you at no additional cost.
Damaged shipments must be reported to Radioworld within 21 days of delivery to be eligible for shipping insurance.
