# Trolling Motor Service Policy

Trolling motors by **Minn Kota** and **MotorGuide** require service and repairs to be handled through authorized service centers. **This includes out of box failures**. If you encounter any problems with the motor you've purchased from Radioworld, you cannot return it to Radioworld for service or replacement.
