# Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged shipment, note this with the delivery driver and refuse the shipment. It will be returned to Radioworld, and we will replace it for you at no additional cost. 
| Damaged shipments must be reported to Radioworld within 21 days of delivery to be eligible for shipping insurance.
