# 3D Secure

### **What is 3D Secure?**
3D Secure is an added layer of protection for online credit card payments. It helps prevent unauthorised use of your card by asking you to verify your identity. This is typically done through a quick code sent by your bank, a biometric check, or through your banking app.

### **What to Expect When Placing an Order**
When you check out on our website, you may be briefly redirected to your bank’s secure verification page. Just follow the on‑screen instructions to confirm the purchase. Once your identity is verified, your order will process normally.

This extra step helps keep your payment safe and secure.
